The rooms had super comfortable beds and also two sinks in the bathrooms. the staff was friendly and very helpful. They offered wonderful service. i really appreciate that they managed to book one night for me. everyone was so helpful during our 24-hour stay.
The room was small. I booked a beautiful room. also, the air conditioning did not work. the room was very warm and stuffy.

The rooms are decorated white. they have everything we needed. Some things are well hidden away to keep the look. the bed was comfy. i loved the view from my room. It was excellent.

I had a great meal in the italian restaurant. the service from the team there was excellent. reception took our case and gave us a glass of english fizz. It was a nice welcome. the breakfast was good. It was in a great spot.

I found parking convenient. My room was great and wonderfully comfortable. The rooftop bar provided amazing experiences. A manager assisted us with a table and offered friendly, fabulous service.
The hallways were quite dark. It was a bit hard to navigate.

the hotel is very modern with a striking reception area. i found stk restaurant and radio bar very good. stan at reception helped a lot with reservations. we got complimentary bubbly at check-in.
the lifts were slow though i managed.

The included breakfast featured multiple items from the menu. Barista coffee drinks were available and i enjoyed them. The location is good for sightseeing. Two tube stations are a five minute walk away. Golden Tours Hop-On Hop-Off stops right across the street so that was convenient.
The hallways were dark it was hard to navigate them with little lighting.
